Why should I enroll through OneHealthPort instead of going directly through ChartConnect?
Going through OneHealthPort lets you register and then access the services using your OneHealthPort passport. You only need to log-on once to access ChartConnect's services and web site of participating health plans. This efficiency saves both time and money.

How does using ChartConnect impact OneHealthPort’s free password?
There is a set-up fee and monthly fee to use ChartConnect; however, OneHealthPort's secure password service remains totally free for existing and new subscribers.

What is the process for registering with ChartConnect through OneHealthPort?
For either MedManager or Result Manager, read and complete the ChartConnect Subscription Agreement. Print the online form and send it, with payment enclosed, to ChartConnect. Fees and terms are detailed in each agreement.

Do I need to subscribe to both MedManager and ResultManager?
Each is offered separately; the setup fee on a second service is waived if you purchase a second service at a later time.

Do I need to load software?
No. ChartConnect staff will work with provider office staff to setup the users and the practice workflows. The software is hosted on a secure server and can be accessed from any location with an Internet connection.
