Clinical Portal

The Clinical Portal is a web portal that allows authorized users to view clinical data of sponsored patient lives in the OneHealthPort Clinical Data Repository (CDR). Data contributed by the provider community provides a longitudinal record of patient care information.

Getting Started

To use the Clinical Portal, your organization must be registered with the OneHealthPort SSO and have a OneHealthPort Health Information Exchange (HIE) Participation Agreement.

Don’t know if your organization is already a participant with the OneHealthPort HIE? Check the Participant List. To become a participant with the OneHealthPort HIE, go to OneHealthPort HIE Contracting. Need assistance? Submit a OneHealthPort HIE Support Request.

Set Up Users with CDR Access Role

Individuals designated by their organization to have access to the Clinical Portal must have a CDR access role assigned. CDR access roles are assigned by your organization’s OneHealthPort SSO Administrator. If you do not know who the SSO Administrator is for your organization, go to Subscriber Login and click on the “My Administrators” link.

Log in to the Clinical Portal Using Multi-Factor Authentication

Access to the Clinical Portal requires an extra layer of security provided through use of Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).

Use the Clinical Portal
