ONE STOP FOR CREDENTIALING & PRIVILEGING DATA MANAGEMENT
Log in to go to ProviderSource
Now you can use your OneHealthPort log in to use ProviderSource - a new statewide system hosted by OneHealthPort for centralized collection, verification and distribution of all provider data to be used for credentialing and privileging. Registering for this (free!) service is an important first step to reduce credentialing hassles for good.
Save Time. Improve Data Quality.
ProviderSource is a free service to help Washington healthcare providers manage provider data used for credentialing and privileging. With ProviderSource, your practice enters data once and attests to it multiple times during the year. The service prompts you to keep your information current.
No Charge.
There is no fee for you to input data, attest to records, use data to fill standard forms, print or download records.
Easily Share Data with Health Plans and Hospitals.
Under Senate Bill 5346 passed last year, ProviderSource will ultimately serve as the one source for health plans, hospitals and other healthcare organizations in the region to download the information they need for credentialing and privileging.
- In 2010, while hospitals and health plans build interfaces to the new central database, practices can print information from ProviderSource to mail in.
- In 2011, all hospitals and health plans will request data from ProviderSource. This means minimal contact and paperwork for initial or re-credentialing with hospitals and health plans.
A Smart Online Service to Help You Work Smart
Using your OneHealthPort credential, it is easy for you or your designee to enter complete credential information, including questions specific to the Washington Provider Application. With a HIPAA compliant, encrypted electronic signature you attest online-no printouts needed.
And the system continues to work for you even when you are not logged on. Using patented technology, ProviderSource continuously verifies your credentialing data in public databases.
