iEXCHANGE® is a browser-based application that uses a secure internet connection to allow healthcare providers to submit utilization review requests to Qualis Health.
All information that is submitted through iEXCHANGE® is confidential. iEXCHANGE® uses a delegated security model. In order to submit requests
via the web, the users must be registered and issued an account. iEXCHANGE® will accept your OneHealthPort account as long as you pre-register
your organization with Qualis Health. Follow the steps below:
Qualis Health iEXCHANGE® Setup Steps
Option One: I don't have a OneHealthPort account and I don't use iEXCHANGE
- If your practice has already registered with OneHealthPort
but the physicians in the practice do not have their own secure ID, the OneHealthPort administrator in the office can nominate interested physicians as subscribers. Physicians will receive their own secure IDs, with instructions for how to activate their accounts
- If your office has not registered with OneHealthPort,
simply have someone in your office follow the registration instructions.
- Once you have a OneHealthPort account you can proceed to Option two.
Option Two: I Have a OneHealthPort account but not an iEXCHANGE account
- Your organization must pre-qualify with Qualis Health before you can use your OneHealthPort login to access iEXCHANGE®.
- Use this link to reach the Pre-Registration request form. Once submitted, the information will be sent to Qualis Health.
- Qualis Health will notify you via the email address provided once your organization is setup and ready to access iEXCHANGE®.
- Click here to go to the online Qualis Health iEXCHANGE® Pre-Registration Form
Option Three: I already have an existing iEXCHANGE® login and a OneHealthPort account
- If your organization already has an active iEXCHANGE® account you will need to link it to a OneHealthPort login and report it to Qualis by filling out the
Account confirmation form
