He@lthWeb is Samaritan Health Plan Operation's web portal for convenient and efficient access to information about our members' eligibility and benefits,
and the status of authorization requests and claims. Information is available for the following plans:
- Samaritan Advantage Health Plan HMO (Medicare)
- Samaritan Choice Plans
- Samaritan Healthy KidsConnect (Oregon Healthy Kids)
- Samaritan InterCommunity Health Network (Oregon Health Plan)
- COHO Benefits of CTSI
With He@lthWeb you can:
- Check member and subscriber eligibility
- Check the status of medical pre-authorization requests
- Check the status of claims filed
- View extensive coverage and benefits information
- View co-pay information
- View YTD status for benefits that have specified annual limits
- Receive plan updates
- Communicate with our customer service

Once registered with One Health Port, access HealthWeb either through the above Healthweb link, or through One Health Port.
Please review the healthweb legal agreement before signing on to healthweb (includes information security, privacy, and HIPPA compliance, as PDF document). This agreement is an electronic terms of use agreement that is presented at the beginning of every healthweb user session.
