OneHealthPort opens the door to valuable business and clinical solutions with a single secure portal that simplifies access to the most important local healthcare sites and online healthcare applications on the Web. Instead of juggling log-ins, passwords, and contracts for different local health plan and hospital Web sites, OneHealthPort allows you to manage your online healthcare services in one place.

It starts with the OneHealthPort digital ID that allows you to access the participating sites and online services available through OneHealthPort, including Health Plan Sites, Clinical Sites, Administrative Tools and Clinical Tools. Some of the online services are fee-based, but the basic OneHealthPort service - accessing local sites with one digital ID – is offered free of charge to health professionals (the costs of the service are paid by the participating sites).
