About ChartConnect MedManager
ChartConnect MedManager is a workflow solution for nurses and physicians to better manage their patients' medications and allergies. The online application allows providers or staff to quickly and easily prescribe and refill prescriptions using any pharmacy in the U.S., reducing errors, time and paperwork.
With MedManager, physicians and their staff can:
- Write prescriptions that can be electronically transmitted to the pharmacy of their choice.
- Send pre-written refill requests to the physician for single-click authorization.
- Manage refill requests; and start, modify and stop medications from anywhere, anytime.
- Check our extensive brand name and generic formulary and
create a customized "quick pick" formulary.
- Check a patient's medication profile for drug allergies before prescribing.
- Automatically keep patient medication list, drug history, refill history and drug-allergy tables up-to-date.
- Allow other providers in the community to view individual patient medications and allergies (for ER, call sharing and consultations).
- Reduce chart pulls, especially when combined with ChartConnect ResultManager.
- Upgrade to a full Electronic Medical Record at any time.
Pricing
Set-Up / Training - $400.00 per *provider covers:
- Set-up of the clinic or enterprise on the ChartConnect servers
- Activation of interfaces with ChartConnect's current list of hospitals, laboratories, radiology groups and transcription services
- Phone support
- 4 online "Webex" training sessions (Additional
training, including, onsite training may be purchased separately)
Monthly Subscription - $50.00 per *provider covers:
- Use of the service by all OneHealthPort subscribers within the organization
- Regular updates to the application
*For billing purposes, a "provider" is defined as any licensed healthcare
professional whose medical services are billed to insurance,
Medicare or patients, employed by the practice, whether part-
or full-time.
