About ChartConnect ResultManager
ChartConnect ResultManager provides a workflow solution that brings your outside documents into a result-management tool, connecting physicians with their laboratory, radiology, hospital partners, and even other community providers. The secure, online application enables providers and staff to receive, act on, and manage a patient-centric record of results, reports, referrals and consults.
With ResultManager, physicians and their staff can:
- Electronically view messages and reports – including patient demographics, face sheets, lab results, radiology reports and transcribed reports.
- Sign off on laboratory results, radiology reports and transcribed reports.
- Securely route reports and results to staff and providers within the organization or to any other provider organizations regardless of whether they subscribe to ChartConnect or not. All activity on results and reports is documented and saved in an electronic record.
- Exchange secure electronic messages with others within their organization or with other provider organizations that subscribe to ChartConnect.
- Electronically send records while a maintaining "Patient
Release of Information Document" solution meeting HIPAA
requirements.
- Add non-interfaced documents to a patient's record using our fax server and/or scanner services.
- Allow access to other providers in the community to view individual patient records (for ER, call sharing and consultations).
- Upgradeable to a full Electronic Medical Record.
Pricing
Set-Up / Training - $400.00 per *provider covers:
- Set-up of the clinic or enterprise on the ChartConnect servers
- Activation of interfaces with ChartConnect's current list of hospitals, laboratories, radiology groups and transcription services
- Phone support
- 4 online "Webex" training sessions (Additional
training, including, onsite training may be purchased separately)
Monthly Subscription - $50.00 per *provider covers:
- Use of the service by all OneHealthPort subscribers within the organization
- Regular updates to the application
*For billing purposes, a "provider" is defined
as any licensed healthcare professional whose medical services
are billed to insurance, Medicare or patients, employed by
the practice, whether part- or full-time.
