Browser Second Factor

What is a Browser Second Factor?

OneHealthPort's "Browser Second Factor" is a common online security feature that provides additional protection to your login similar to most online banking sites. Browser Second Factor works with your exisitng OneHealthPort login and password.

Some participating sites have elected to use this enhanced security feature to improve protection of your login. You don't have to do anything unless a site you are visiting requires Browser Second Factor. If you have not setup your Browser Second Factor, you will be asked your secret questions and asked to name the device you are browsing from so that a cookie can be associated with that computer.

What Sites Are Using Browser Second Factor

OneHealthPort is making Browser Second Factor available for any participating site who wishes to enhance their login security. This is an optional feature and each site will evaluate when or if they wish to require this extra login security at their site.

The current list of sites requiring Browser Second Factor with your OneHealthPort login are:

  • CIGNA
  • Providence Health & Services Washington
  • ProviderSource - provider data management

The OneHealthPort Help Desk can assist you with setup issues by calling 1-800-973-4797 (toll free).
