Support: Medversant Outage
Status update October 3, 2023:
Medversant’s ProviderSource and Client Portal systems are still down. Medversant is working to resolve the issue, and OneHealthPort is actively working with the Office of the Insurance Commissioner (OIC) to evaluate all options to resolve these credentialing challenges. We will provide an update with next steps as soon as we have more information.
We are receiving a high number of calls from users who received notification that their OneHealthPort account will be disabled due to inactivity. Log in to your OneHealthPort Subscriber account to keep your account active.
