OneHealthPort Transport Layer Security (TLS) 1.0 and 1.1 Protocols

Effective 5/10/2018 if you are using an older browser that does not support TLS 1.2, you will no longer be able to access or use the OneHealthPort SSO service.

At OneHealthPort the trust you instill in us to keep your organization secure through the use of our services is critical. To best protect our services there are times we have to make decisions to discontinue the use of old technology that has potential vulnerabilities.

There have been security vulnerabilities found in the TLS 1.0 and 1.1 protocols that secure communications between web browsers and web servers on the Internet. In light of these vulnerabilities, OneHealthPort will no longer be supporting TLS 1.0 and 1.1.  Only TLS 1.2 will be supported starting 05/10/2018. Older browsers such as IE8, IE9 and IE10 do not support TLS 1.2 and therefore will no longer be supported by OneHealthPort.

Please upgrade your browser as soon as possible to improve your security and eliminate possible service interruption. Thank you for your understanding and prompt attention to this matter.

If you are unsure whether your browser supports TLS 1.2, you may to go to https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest/viewMyClient.html to test your browser capabilities. If your browser doesn’t support TLS 1.2, you should work with your IT Support to get your browser upgraded prior to 5/10/18.
