ProviderConnect is InterCommunity Health Network CCO’s web portal for convenient and efficient access to information about our members' eligibility and benefits, and the status of authorization requests and claims. Information is available for the following plans:

• InterCommunity Health Network CCO (Oregon Health Plan)
• Samaritan Advantage Health Plan HMO (Medicare)
• Samaritan Choice Plans
• Samaritan employer group plans (i.e., Everyday Choices, Momentum, Health & Wellbeing, New Performance, and Standard plans)

With ProviderConnect you can:

• Check member and subscriber eligibility
• Submit a medical pre-authorization request
• Check the status of medical pre-authorization requests
• Check the status of claims filed and view detailed adjudication information for completed claims
• View extensive coverage and benefits information
• View co-pay information
• View YTD status for benefits that have specified annual limits
• View and download a remittance advice
• View patient roster and reassign members by member request (PCPs only)

Instructions:

Once registered with OneHealthPort, access ​ProviderConnect either through the above ​Login button or through OneHealthPort.

Please review the ​ProviderConnect legal agreement before signing on to ​ProviderConnect (includes information security, privacy, and HIPPA compliance). This agreement is an electronic terms of use agreement that is presented at the beginning of every ​ProviderConnect user session.
