Register Your Organization

Your OneHealthPort Subscriber ID (also known as your User ID) is your key to securely accessing participating healthcare services and partner websites.

To receive a Subscriber ID, your healthcare organization must first register with OneHealthPort.

Step 1: Choose an Administrator

Each Organization must designate a OneHealthPort Administrator - the person responsible for completing the registration and managing your organization's OneHealthPort account.

Administrator Requirements

The Administrator must:

  • Be authorized to agree to the terms and conditions of enrollment
  • Manage user access (add/remove users, reset passwords)
  • Maintain organization information, including Tax IDs and locations

Step 2: Gather Required Information

During registration, the designated Administrator will need to provide detailed information about the organization and pass an identity verification check.

All information must be verifiable against a public source such as a Business License, or NPPES records.

Step 3: Register

Once you've gathered the required information, the Administrator can begin registration.

During registration, the Administrator will:

  1. Review and electronically accept the following documents
  2. Enter the organization and contact details
  3. Verify identity using one of the following:
    • Online verification (answering identity questions), or
    • Offline verification (submitting a notarized form)

For organizations with multiple locations: Register your primary location. Once registration is accepted, you can add additional organizations as Sub-Organizations.

What Happens Next?

After registration and identity verification are complete:

  • You'll receive an email confirmation within 72 business hours
  • The email will include your Organization ID, Subscriber ID, and temporary password
  • If additional information is needed, OneHealthPort will notify you via email
