New Optum Pro Portal Coming Sept. 2 - Register for Live Training

On September 2, 2025, providers in Optum Care Network of Washington will transition to the Optum Pro portal. When this transition occurs, you will no longer be able to access most features of the current Optum portal through OneHealthPort. To help you prepare, Optum will offer several live training sessions beginning Aug. 19. Look out for emails from Optum with training registration links. 

Before attending live training, we recommend you complete eLearning in Optum Pro. Once you've registered your portal account, sign in and select Education & training from the navigation ribbon on your portal dashboard. Washington Providers 

Select the WA Provider Login button to access the Optum Care Provider Center, which offers a secure provider-only website that grants access to individual information about your Optum Care Network patients 24 hours a day:

• Claim status
• Eligibility status
• Prior Authorization submission and status
• Attestation review and electronic submission
• Secure messaging between Provider and Optum Care teams (claim, customer service)

Note: If you use Internet Explorer, you may experience slow page loading. Also, some pages may have text or buttons not aligned properly. If you click a button and the page does not work as expected, try refreshing the page or clicking the back button. We highly recommend using a newer, more secure browser such as Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, or Apple Safari. 

Many other online resources are available on our website. You’ll have access to a list of clinicians and ancillary providers in our network area, the latest news, tools, and information to help you do business with us.

Oregon Providers  

Effective Jan. 1, 2023, you can visit the new Optum Pro portal at  optumproportal.com. Please bookmark the link for future use. Note: your OneHealthPort Subscriber ID will not work with Optum Pro.

The Optum Pro portal provides clinicians and administrators with one-stop access to point-of-care support and resources to streamline administrative and clinical tasks.

If you are not already registered for Optum Pro, you will need to register by selecting “Register Now” in the upper right corner of the Optum Pro landing page. Once registered, you will receive an email outlining your next steps.  To complete the registration, use your One Healthcare ID to access Optum Pro. If you don’t have a One Healthcare ID, visit identity.onehealthcareid.com to create an account or reset your password.
