Once you’ve completed the steps on the Before You Begin page to set up your account, you are ready to log in to ProviderSource using your OneHealthPort Subscriber ID and password.

If you need help reactivating your account or have any login related questions, please call OneHealthPort at 1.800.973.4797 for assistance or fill out the contact form.
If you need help resetting your password, please contact your Organization Administrator.
Important: Please do not share your OneHealthPort Subscriber ID and password.
